Objective The Global Acoustics Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the global strategy, performance, and lifecycle management of the acoustics product portfolio. The role ensures competitive positioning, profitable growth, and technical excellence across global markets by aligning customer needs, market trends, and internal capabilities. Acting as the global subject‑matter expert for acoustic insulation solutions, the position bridges innovation, operations, marketing, and sales to deliver sustainable business results. Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the global acoustics product strategy, aligned with overall business objectives and market opportunities. Own and manage the global product portfolio and roadmap, ensuring competitive positioning and long‑term portfolio health. Lead product lifecycle management, from development and launch through optimization and phase‑out. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities. Define segmentation, positioning, and value propositions to support effective global and regional commercial execution. Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Innovation, Conformity, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure timely and effective delivery of product initiatives. Lead and support global product launches, ensuring adherence to stage‑gate processes and successful market adoption. Ensure compliance with acoustic standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements, coordinating internal and external testing activities as required. Provide technical and commercial expertise to internal stakeholders, customers, distributors, and key accounts. Develop and maintain technical documentation, value‑selling tools, and training materials to enable sales and marketing effectiveness. Monitor regulatory developments and competitor activities and proactively adapt product strategies accordingly.

Key Requirements Education & Experience

Master’s degree in Acoustical Engineering or a related technical discipline; additional business or marketing education is an advantage. 7–10 years of international experience in product management, technical marketing, or portfolio leadership, preferably in engineered materials, insulation, HVAC, marine, or transportation industries. Proven experience managing complex global product portfolios with measurable commercial impact. Hands‑on knowledge of acoustic testing methods and certification processes (e.g. absorption, transmission loss, vibration damping).

Skills & Competencies

Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, combining technical depth with commercial insight. Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional and international teams in a matrix organization. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value. Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills. High customer orientation, integrity, and compliance awareness. Willingness to work across time zones and travel internationally as required.
