I’m currently supporting a leading European data centre delivery specialist who is expanding their on-site team on a major data centre project in Milan and is looking to appoint two CSA Supervisors. This position is ideal for experienced CSA professionals who want to be deeply involved in site delivery — owning the coordination of works, driving safety and quality standards, and playing a key role in the successful delivery of a technically complex project. The role will involve: Managing CSA works from early civils through to fit-out and external envelope Coordinating subcontractors and overseeing daily site operations Leading site safety and quality assurance activities Reviewing drawings, resolving buildability issues, and managing snagging Supporting programme delivery, change management, and project close-out They’re keen to speak with candidates who bring: A relevant trade background or construction qualification7+ years’ experience delivering large-scale CSA packages Proven experience supervising teams and subcontractors Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
