Key Account Manager

. In this role, you will own relationships with a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, ensuring long-term value realisation, adoption of our solutions and commercial growth. You will act as the trusted advisor for your accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams across presales, delivery and post-sales to deliver exceptional outcomes and identify expansion opportunities. &##Account Strategy:

Define and execute account plans that deliver business value, retention and revenue growth for each assigned client. Customer Relationship Management:

Serve as the single point of contact for executive and senior stakeholders, building trust and aligning Agile Lab’s offerings with customer objectives. Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure on-time, high-quality execution of projects and services. Commercial Expansion:

lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions in partnership with the sales team. Track and report on account KPIs, business outcomes and adoption metrics; Risk Management:

Proactively identify risks to delivery or relationship health and coordinate mitigation plans to protect account satisfaction and revenue. 5+ years of experience

in key account management, customer success or strategic sales within IT, data or technology-driven environments. ~ Proven track record

of managing enterprise accounts and achieving retention and growth targets. ~ Strong stakeholder management

and executive presence, with the ability to influence at senior levels. ~ Commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation, forecasting and pipeline management. ~ Familiarity with project delivery lifecycles and ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams. ~ Full professional proficiency in both

Italian and English

. ~ Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
