Technical Documentation Specialist

The resource reports to the Technical Documentation Manager and has the following responsibilities:

- Supports document management, specifically issuing CIDs and performing formal checks; when the modification concerns a specific sub‑configuration, develops RVTs or ECPs and verifies configuration consistency.

- Manages the MR workflow.

- Defines and builds product structures in PRP where applicable.

- Archives supplier documentation, standards used as references in development activities, and technical documentation such as specifications and reports.

- Creates documentation and delivers training sessions to enable new resources to become familiar with the processes and tools used within the engineering department.

- Creates documentation and conducts training sessions whenever engineering adopts new processes and/or tools, targeting all affected personnel.

- Supports the manager in identifying and defining method/system implementations aimed at ensuring and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of activities within the function and the engineering department as a whole.

Key required skills:

- Technical high school diploma; candidates with an engineering degree will also be considered.

- Preferably two years of experience in a similar role.

- Knowledge of basic IT tools (Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word).

- Ability to read technical drawings and Bills of Materials.

- Competence in documentation archiving. xpavfwm
