Production Planner

Aim The resource will be responsible for translating demand into an actionable production plan that balances production flow, efficiency, cost, and quality—ensuring that products are produced on time.

Areas of responsibility: Develop daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on demand, capacity Optimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment to consistently meet production targets Ensure raw materials and components are available for production Balance workload across machines and shifts; identify bottlenecks Monitor WIP and finished goods inventory levels to prevent over/understock Analyze production data and KPIs Generate reports Adjust plans in response to changes in demand, supply delays, or breakdowns

Requirements: Degree in engineering or equivalent qualifications Relevant professional experience in similar roles within the Manufacturing sector, xpavfwm ideally from mass production contexts Knowledge of ERP/MRP Systems, Production Scheduling Tools and MS Office Organization & Time Management Problem solving Communication & Collaboration Results orientation Team working & Proactivity Italian and English Fluent
