An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Marketing Professional with strong commercial acumen to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys, to lead the delivery and executions of omni-channel activities across all marketing areas marketing, media (incl. digital media), PR and trade marketing across Emerging Markets, with focus on UAE, Saudi Arabia, Eastern Europe and Central Eurasia.
The Marketing Manager – Emerging Markets reports functionally to the Global Head of Marketing Delivery and operates under the commercial strategic direction of the Executive Director, Global Sales – Emerging Markets.
Marketing strategy & planning: lead the annual strategic planning for integrated marketing across media, digital media, PR and trade marketing across B2C and B2B across the region.
Marketing delivery: be the regional brand equity guardian, ensuring perfect execution to drive brand and commercial results. Lead the adaptation and amplification of global brand plans, campaigns and initiatives, managing the marketing calendar across touchpoints, coordinating across internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency across all channels and timely execution of B2C, B2B and B2B2C plans. Media: lead the development and implementation of the annual media plan, overseeing the media agency.
Trade marketing: translate the global trade marketing strategy to the region, equipping travel partners with fit-for-win content, tools, and training, and optimising joint marketing plans to convert demand into bookings.
PR: lead the regional execution of the global communications plan, developing and owning relationships with key media partners and overseeing the PR agency.
Digital & social media: provide guidance to the global digital and social media teams to ensure local relevance and seamless integration with local media plans.
Performance analysis: monitor and analyse marketing performance against brand and commercial KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, including reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Budget management: own the regional marketing budget planning, spending and stewardship, including agency/vendor management.

10 years of integrated marketing experience across strategic marketing, media (incl. digital media), communications/PR and trade marketing, with proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong preference for prior experience in Luxury or Luxury Hospitality/Travel Industry. Passion for luxury travel and a global mindset a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven analytical skills with proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM systems).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English. Arabic a strong plus, any Eastern European language (preferably Polish) a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
