They coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver memorable, tailored stays.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full guest experience, integrating hospitality, wellness, activities, and lifestyle servicesCoordinate departments (front office, spa, F&B, outdoor activities, guest relations) to ensure consistency and excellenceDesign tailored experiential programs aligned with brand identity and guest expectationsMonitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and KPIsCollaborate with the marketing team to promote events, packages, and lifestyle initiativesTrain and motivate staff to deliver empathetic, proactive, and memorable serviceRequirementsProven managerial experience in luxury resorts, boutique hotels, or wellness propertiesStrong guest‑centric approach, personalization skills, and attention to detailCross‑functional expertise in hospitality, wellness, events, and communicationEmpathetic leadership and ability to inspire multidisciplinary teamsExcellent command of English and preferably a second languageWhat we offerSeasonal contractMeals providedCareer growth opportunities within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing training and access to professional development courses #J-18808-Ljbffr
