DATA ANALYST - PRICING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Join the dynamic Pricing and Product Development team supporting the Mid Corporate Department on data management, process automation and on providing the instruments to monitor and improve performance. Key Responsibilities Define technical requirements for IT and DWH implementation regarding database structure Data preparation and data quality activities to support pricing and reporting Automation of data extraction, analysis and reporting Identify solutions for streamlining operations and reduce manual workload Interact with other corporate functions on business needs Collaboration with AZ group on dedicated dataflow projects and exchanges

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience Master’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics or equivalent Experience (e.g. 2-3 years) preferably in Insurance/Consulting Firm with focus on Data Analytics Good knowledge of Power BI, SQL or SAS, Datalake Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytics, problem-solving and communication skills Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style Ability to interact with different stakeholders in a global work environment Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
