The Role
Based in Milan and part of the Finance Team, the Finance/Admin Assistant will focus on performing basic financial analysis and supporting post‑acquisition integration activities within a dynamic, multinational environment. The ability to manage multiple deadlines, communicate effectively, collaborate with internal teams and external advisors, and adapt to a fast‑growing and evolving business environment is crucial. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, problem‑solving capability, and flexibility while working as part of a team responsible for seamless integration of newly acquired entities and ongoing financial control activities.

Strong financial and accounting analysis — ability to interpret trial balances, assess financial health, and understand business dynamics.
Tax interpretation skills — ability to read, understand, and analyse tax returns and related filings.
Knowledge of accounting standards — solid understanding of Italian OIC principles, with IFRS as a strong plus.
Tech fluency — high proficiency in Excel and SAP S4/HANA (required), with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) as an advantage; leveraging digital solutions to streamline workflows, automate reporting and enhance accuracy and efficiency.
