Outreach Manager

to handle lead generation and relationship-building across multiple channels — email, Linked In, and freelance platforms like Fiverr and Upwork. You’ll be a key player in connecting our agency with new clients and partners, driving business growth through smart, personalized outreach campaigns. Responsibilities

Manage and execute

email outreach campaigns

to generate new leads and opportunities

Conduct

Linked In outreach

to connect with potential clients, partners, and collaborators

Oversee

Fiverr and Upwork accounts

, including proposal writing, messaging, and profile optimization

Schedule and coordinate

meetings and follow-ups

between prospects and our internal team

Maintain an organized

CRM or tracking system

to monitor outreach performance and conversion rates

Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategy and improve communication flows

Requirements

1+ year experience in

outreach, sales, or client acquisition

(agency experience preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Familiarity with

Linked In Sales Navigator, cold email tools

, or CRM systems (Hub Spot, Apollo, etc.)

Experience with

freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork) is a strong plus

Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously A positive attitude and professional approach in communication
