Enterprise Publisher Account Managers

, you will have the opportunity to lead and build some of our most strategic partnerships in Italy, interacting with stakeholders at all levels at the top publishers in the market. We are looking for a true talent with a strong drive for excellence; exceptional analytical, commercial, and prioritization skills; Native/Fluent Italian speaker with a medium to high English level ~5+ years of experience in the digital advertising, ad tech or publishing industries. ~ Ability to build and maintain outstanding relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders including senior level executives, product, legal, tech, finance, sales and marketing ~ Track record of closing business and driving long and complex sales cycles ~ Excellent analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports ~ Extremely motivated, proactive, resourceful and creative to ensure your clients receive world class consulting ~ High attention to detail, organised and with strong communication skills ~ Digital advertising experience is a plus, Publisher experience is a major advantage

As a Publisher Account Manager, you’ll bring value by: Lead strategic enterprise publisher partnerships in the Italian market. Showcase Taboola’s value proposition to stakeholders—from Senior Executives and Editors to Product Leads and technical teams—to drive audience growth, engagement, and monetisation. Excel at manipulating data and identifying actionable opportunities; monitor and analyse key metrics and proactively implement improvements. Communicate client-derived business intelligence and feature requests to the Product Management team to inform new product development.
