Job Description
SME Factory
is a business unit within the Customer Intelligence team, part of the SME Marketing division.
The unit’s objective is to manage SME Customers through outbound phone marketing campaigns focused on upselling, cross-selling of POS solutions and value-added services and prevention / retention management.
Main Responsibilities
The resource will be responsible for:
Participating in the design of initiatives targeting current customers and prospects, actively contributing both in the ideation phase and during operational go-live and call listening sessions
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to plan monthly campaigns
Monitoring activity KPIs and supporting the campaign cost definition process
Managing external vendors providing outbound services
Coordinating with internal departments for the supplier invoicing process
Optimizing campaign performance: analyzing outbound activity results to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective and enhancement actions
Required Skills
Experience in managing outbound campaigns or operational marketing
Strong coordination and project management skills with multiple stakeholders
Analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI
Knowledge of CRM tools and campaign management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys, HubSpot)
Result-oriented mindset and focus on customer experience
Effective communication and negotiation skills, especially in supplier management
Proactive attitude, initiative, and ability to work in a team
