EUR 50.000 - 70.000OverviewHR Business PartnerCOME TO BUILD THE BUSINESS OF THE FUTUREWe are looking for HR Business Partner in LombardiaIf you’re looking for change, and you’re ready to make changes … we’re looking for youResponsibilitiesDaily management of the HR operations, being the interface towards the business;Manage employees on HR matters and Industrial Relations topic;Manage day-to-day HR activities and daily BU/Teams needs;Working closely with L&D on Leadership Empowerment;Facilitate the implementation of Special Projects for specific business environment by supporting the Line Managers and HR Team;Working closely to business supporting organizational changes, mitigate people related risks, cost optimization, acting;Organize and manage internal and external recruiting process, managing Induction process for new employees;Delivery of the HR plans, Policies and Procedures;Collaborate with VP Director to solve HR issues, identify countermeasures or propose solutionsWhat we need from youAt least 3 years experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner roles in a multinational or complex environment from Manufacturing Industries;Bachelors degree in Legal or EconomicStrong experience within Industrial RelationsLeadership attitude and able to work independently and with full autonomyStrong interpersonal relationships with distinct levels in the organizationAttitudes towards negotiation and leading projects and people
