We’re hiring an Account Executive to accelerate ShippyPro’s growth in the Italian market, with a primary focus on winning new business by acquiring strategic new clients and building ShippyPro’s footprint in the Italian market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in winning new business, breaking into strategic accounts, and building trusted relationships that accelerate ShippyPro’s footprint in the Italian market.

ShippyPro is the platform that simplifies shipping and fulfillment processes for merchants, helping them automate and speed up their operations. We are currently undertaking a major initiative to modernize our tech stack to a fully distributed system to support our business growth for the coming years.
Own the full sales cycle to acquire new Italian customers, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and close.
Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities by targeting high-potential accounts and verticals.
Partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success to ensure a seamless onboarding and handoff experience.
Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasting, and pipeline progression in HubSpot.
5+ years of experience in SaaS new business sales, with a proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding acquisition targets.
~ Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
~ Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resilient, and motivated by the challenge of breaking into new accounts and verticals.
~ Ability to partner with Marketing to maximize lead generation and conversion.
~ Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
