To strengthen the HR team, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Controller. In this role, you will support the monitoring and analysis of personnel costs, contributing to optimization across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation and monitoring of HR budgets and forecasts Analyze personnel costs, headcount, and workforce trends Assist in monthly closing activities related to HR expenses Collaborate with Finance team to ensure data accuracy Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management Identify variances and provide insights to improve cost efficiency Maintain and update HR controlling tools and systems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of experience in controlling, HR analytics, or finance (internships included) Strong analytical and numerical skills Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of BI tools is a plus) Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong communication skills
