Program Facilitator Assistant - Study Abroad Programs

The company offers a wide range of services, including infrastructure, recruitment of qualified personnel, transportation, and organization of excursions, all aimed at ensuring the success and optimal integration of study programs in Europe.

Position Type: Full-time Summer Internship IMPORTANT NOTE: As parallel Study Abroad Programs will also be run in Madrid, we request availability from all candidates to be able to relocate to Spain, in case of need.

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our core team throughout the entire program, including: Provide 24⁄7 assistance to our students studying abroad - Coordinate transportation cards, welcome packs, program phones set up and all pre-arrival tasks - Manage lists, handle airport pickups, and facilitate accommodation check-ins and classroom activities

Desired qualities include:

Ability to plan and manage various aspects of the program, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and activity scheduling. - Requirements & Language Skills: - Fluent in English (mandatory) - Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required. - Basic skills of Excel - Properly functioning personal computer - Full time availability for the entire period of the internship (no partial) Note: the interviews for the position will be conducted in English as proficiency in this language is essential for the role.
