About the Role

The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for defining, designing, and governing the overall enterprise technology architecture aligned with business strategy. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on technical expertise, and stakeholder management, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready IT landscapes. The architect will collaborate closely with business leaders, engineering teams, and external partners to drive cloud modernization, enterprise architecture standardization, and digital transformation initiatives across client and internal programs.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy Define and apply enterprise architecture best practices across applications, data, infrastructure, and security domains. Develop target-state architectures, roadmaps, and future-state visions aligned with business objectives. Ensure architectural compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards. Stay current with industry trends including cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, AI/ML, and platform modernization.

Architecture Design & Advisory Design and deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions across diverse industries and business domains. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence technology strategy and cloud adoption. Create reusable architectures, reference models, patterns, and playbooks to accelerate modernization and migration initiatives.

Cloud Modernization & Migration Lead large-scale modernization and migration programs across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid architectures. Architect solutions across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms (AWS preferred). Conduct discovery workshops and assessments to evaluate existing technology landscapes.

Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with business, product, and technology leaders to ensure solution alignment. Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to maintain enterprise architecture consistency. Act as a trusted advisor during client engagements.

Risk, Governance & Quality Management Identify architectural risks and define mitigation strategies. Ensure solution quality, scalability, resilience, and security.

Mentorship & Continuous Improvement Mentor architects and engineering teams. Drive architectural maturity, automation, and best practices.

Qualifications Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture with hands-on implementation exposure Expertise in TOGAF / Zachman frameworks Deep understanding of cloud architectures, microservices, and DevOps Experience in consulting or professional services is highly desirable Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent are a strong plus
