Data & Reporting Analyst - US Firm | Excel & Power BI | Immediate Joiners

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (US CST Alignment) Location: Remote (India) Compensation: Based on experience Experience: 3–7 Years

The environment is structured, data-driven, and performance-focused, with high reporting standards and direct interaction with international stakeholders.

The Opportunity This is a client-facing analytical position where precision, business judgment, and professional communication matter. This is not a backend MIS role. We are seeking a sharp, foreign-educated (preferred) Data & Reporting Analyst who can clean complex datasets, identify anomalies, build structured reports, and communicate insights clearly to global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Clean, validate, and structure raw operational datasets Identify inconsistencies, outliers, and anomalies in data Proactively question irregular patterns before reporting Build structured dashboards and reports using Excel & Power BI Translate data into clear business insights Draft professional, contextual client-facing emails to accompany reports Maintain high accuracy in repetitive, process-driven workflows Work independently with minimal supervision

What We’re Looking For ✔ Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, Data Cleaning) ✔ Strong Power BI dashboarding & reporting experience ✔ Excellent written English (client-ready communication mandatory) ✔ Analytical thinking + structured problem-solving approach ✔ Comfortable working 6 PM – 3 AM IST (US time alignment) ✔ Immediate or short notice joiners preferred ✔ Foreign education strongly preferred ✔ Stable career intent with long-term mindset
