Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Web Developer to join our team on a contractual basis. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications that power our internal tools and customer-facing products, including Prospectoo. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full technology stack and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely website recovery in case of critical incidents and provide a detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post-resolution. - Implement and manage proactive security measures, including protection against vulnerabilities, malicious attacks, DDoS mitigation, and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). - Identify, manage, and resolve website-level security and VAPT issues. - Perform routine database optimization to maintain optimal performance and fast load times. - Set up and maintain a Staging / UAT environment for testing and validation of changes. - Deploy updates and code changes through a controlled release process, moving to production only after approval. - Monitor website uptime and performance on a 24/7 basis in line with agreed SLAs. - Ensure systems are maintained on up-to-date components for effective patching and vulnerability mitigation. - Manage support requests via defined support channels, ensuring timely resolution based on access availability.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in website infrastructure management, security, and performance optimization. - Strong understanding of disaster recovery planning and incident response. - Hands-on experience with security tools, DDoS protection, and VAPT remediation. - Expertise in database optimization and performance tuning. - Experience managing Staging/UAT and Production environments. - Familiarity with deployment pipelines and approval-based releases. - Strong documentation and communication skills (especially RCA reporting).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent. - 3 - 6 years of minimum work experience required. - Problem-solving mindset with a focus on reliability and scalability. - Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. - Good communication skills and attention to detail.
