Hiring for Inside Sales for Work from Home Experience: 1+ years Salary: Up To 3.60 LPA

Overview: We are looking for a motivated and result-driven sales professional with experience in lead generation and client interaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying, qualifying, and converting business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms • Conduct cold calling, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns • Pitch services/products through calls and virtual meetings • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information • Track and report daily sales activities and performance • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies • Build and nurture client relationships through continuous follow-ups • Achieve lead conversion and revenue targets

Ideal Candidate Profile: • Experience in Inside Sales / BDR / SDR or similar role (0–5 years) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with high-volume calling and a target-driven environment • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or in a team • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
