About the Role We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Influencer Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a product-based company. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in short-form video ecosystems and knows how to translate viral content into scalable revenue opportunities. This role requires someone who can blend creativity with analytics and build strong, long-term creator relationships.

What You’ll Do: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies focused on short-form video platforms and creator-first ecosystems. Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing TikTok creators (micro, macro & UGC creators). Track campaign performance (engagement, conversions, etc.) and optimise accordingly. Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and viral content formats. Negotiate contracts, usage rights, and long-term partnerships with creators. Manage campaign budgets and forecast performance impact.

What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing. Strong hands-on experience with TikTok campaigns. Prior experience working in a product-based company (preferred). Proven track record of scaling influencer campaigns that drive sales. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Deep understanding of UGC strategy and performance marketing. Experience with influencer marketing tools and tracking platforms. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
