Job Description – PR Sourcing Executive

Job Location- Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Reach out to celebrity stylists for jewellery sourcing and placement for shoots, red carpets, promotions, and events - Connect with fashion & lifestyle publication stylists for editorial and digital placement opportunities - Identify and map celebrities, influencers, and KOLs suitable for jewellery placement to maximize brand visibility - Manage sample logistics including pickups, tracking, fittings, and safe returns - Build and maintain strong relationships with CAT-A stylists, celebrity managers, influencer agencies, and publication stylist - Track all deliverables—posts, videos, event appearances, credits, and endorsements - Monitor brand mentions, tags, and coverage across social media and digital platforms - Execute media outreach for placements secured on celebrities/KOLs and maintain coverage reports - Handle crisis situations related to delays, missing credits, last-minute changes, or stylist issues - Provide performance reports including reach, impressions, engagement, and placement - Conduct trend research and build a calendar of key events, promotions, festivals, red carpets, and shoots for proactive placement planning - Maintain a daily placement tracker and inventory movement sheet
