About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Growth Marketing Manager who can build a strong brand narrative, drive high-impact video content (YouTube + Social), craft compelling storylines, and lead a creative team end-to-end. This role is for someone who understands brand positioning, content that sells, and storytelling that resonates with students, and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Narrative Development
● Define and strengthen the brand voice, positioning, and messaging across platforms.
● Craft narratives and storyboards for videos, campaigns, and brand stories.
● Identify themes/topics that resonate with aspirants — engineering students, career switchers, tech learners.
2. Video Content Strategy (YouTube + Reels + Shorts)
● Own YouTube growth: content calendar, scripts, thumbnails, formats, retention strategies.
● Create video concepts: explainers, interviews, founder-led videos, student stories, campus stories, myth-busting, success stories, etc.
● Coordinate with production teams (internal or external) to ensure timely delivery.
● Analyse video performance using analytics & iterate based on insights.
3. Social Media Growth
● Build growth-focused content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
● Drive virality: hooks, trend mapping, narrative formats, community-driven content.
● Produce daily/weekly content briefs for designers, editors, writers.
4. Content Creation & Execution Management
● Write high-impact scripts, briefs, and content plans.
● Ensure content quality, consistency, and brand tone across all deliverables.
● Work closely with design, video editing, copywriting, and performance teams.
● Lead the execution pipeline from ideation → production → publishing → performance review.
5. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Manage a team of content creators, video editors, graphic designers, and social media executives.
● Own weekly targets: channel growth, viewership, impressions, engagement metrics.
● Collaborate with PR, product, academic, and placement teams for storytelling opportunities.
● Mentor team members to build a high-performing creative unit.
6. Growth & Analytics
● Use YouTube Studio, Meta Suite, Google Analytics, and other tools to track KPIs.
● Scale organic reach through storytelling, content SEO, and distribution strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 5 to 12 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Content Strategy, or YouTube/Social Media Management.
● Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and content structuring abilities.
● Hands-on experience in running YouTube channels or high-performing social media pages.
● Deep understanding of content formats: long-form, reels/shorts, interviews, vlogs, explainers.
● Ability to analyse content metrics and convert insights into actions.
● Experience managing creative teams and ensuring high-quality output under tight timelines.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
● Bonus: Experience in EdTech, youth marketing, or tech-focused content.
