We are looking for a skilled
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Functional Consultant
who combines strong functional expertise with excellent customer engagement skills. If you enjoy translating business needs into scalable ERP solutions and working closely with stakeholders, this opportunity is for you.
Role Overview
As a Business Central Functional Consultant, you will:
Engage with customers to understand business processes and requirements
Design end-to-end functional solutions using
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications
Configure and optimize BC modules to align with business objectives
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
Support UAT, training, go-live, and post-implementation activities
Ensure clear, structured communication throughout the project lifecycle
Functional Expertise Required
Hands-on experience in core Business Central functional areas:
Financial Management & Accounting
Sales, Purchasing & Order Management
Inventory & Supply Chain Processes
Project / Service Management (preferred)
Third-party integrations (good to have)
Required Skills & Experience
8-12 years of experience in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
Strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows
Proven experience in customer interaction and requirement gathering
Experience in full-cycle or multiple implementation projects
Strong documentation, fit-gap analysis, and solution design skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
