We are seeking a dynamic App Growth & Digital Performance Lead to drive end-to-end growth of the app ecosystem, including Loyalty, Delivery, and Mobile Order & Pay. The role owns App P&L, MAU growth, transactions, profitability, CRM, and performance marketing. Responsibilities include offer strategy, funnel optimisation, digital media planning, cohort analytics, and cross-functional leadership across Tech, Brand, and Operations. Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in D2C/app growth, strong data acumen, CRM and performance expertise, and a “builder + hustler” mindset with full ownership and accountability.
