Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Sales Executive located in Gurgaon. The Growth Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing expansion strategies, conducting market analysis, managing franchise partner acquisition, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Negotiation, Pitching, and Relationship Management
Proven ability to deliver in high-pressure, target-oriented environments
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Strong business acumen with a focus on driving structured, sustainable growth
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masterโs degree is a plus)
Experience in franchise development or investor engagement would be advantageous
