Graystone Capital is building a secure, scalable AI-powered internal CRM and automation ecosystem.

We are hiring a Backend Developer to architect and develop the core infrastructure powering our systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build scalable backend architecture - Develop APIs and microservices - Integrate CRM, ERP, financial systems, and AI engines - Optimize database performance - Ensure data security and system reliability

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Python / Node.js / Java - Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL - API design and integration expertise - Cloud deployment (AWS / Azure preferred) - Strong understanding of system security

What Makes You Stand Out

- Experience in fintech or financial systems - Experience building SaaS platforms - Understanding of automation workflows
