Job Summary The candidate will lead end-to-end execution of fiber network, CCTV, networking, and Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS) projects. The role involves planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance across OSP/ISP fiber networks and security systems, while managing teams, vendors, timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience Diploma or B.Tech / BE in ECE or Electrical & Electronics. Minimum 8+ years of experience in Fiber Networks (OSP/ISP), CCTV, Networking, and Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS). Strong hands-on knowledge of fiber cable laying, splicing, testing (OTDR), trenching, ducting, and backfilling, along with basic network configuration. Proven experience in team handling, subcontractor coordination, and multi-site project execution. Good troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication skills.

Sound technical understanding of fiber networks, ELV systems, CCTV, and PIDS. Effective planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Strong communication and reporting capabilities. Hands-on, field-oriented mindset with attention to safety and quality. Willingness to travel and adapt to multi-location project environments.

Key Responsibilities Project Lifecycle Management Manage projects from site survey and design through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. Oversee OSP/ISP fiber deployment, cable laying, splicing, testing (OTDR), and maintenance. Supervise CCTV installation, switch/router deployment, and PIDS implementation. Plan and supervise trenching, ducting, and backfilling activities as part of fiber infrastructure deployment. Team & Vendor Management Lead field engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials, logistics, and services. Budget & Schedule Control Prepare project plans, track progress, control costs, and ensure timely completion. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to EHS standards, local regulations, and project specifications. Conduct site audits, maintain documentation, and ensure quality workmanship. Coordination & Reporting Interface with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Maintain daily progress reports, material records, and as-built documentation. Resolve technical issues related to fiber, networking, CCTV, and PIDS.
