Role Overview Title:

Referral Partner (Commission-Only) – MacroHire

This is a simple referral role. You share warm leads from your network—ideally from your

own organization’s HR team

or from companies that hire Sales or Tech talent regularly. We handle everything else: outreach, pitching, closing, and delivery. One strong, repeat client is far more valuable than multiple one-off leads.

What You’ll Do Share

1–2 warm leads per month

from your network Priority: Your own company’s HR or talent team Organizations with consistent Sales or Tech hiring needs Share brief details only: Company name Contact (e.g., HR head, talent lead) Hiring context (e.g., Sales reps, Tech developers, scale or frequency) Track referrals via email or a simple shared sheet
