About Position:

This role is responsible for providing technical leadership, architectural oversight, and ensuring high‑quality delivery of agentic AI applications. The AI Foundry Technical Lead will mentor the development team, enforce engineering best practices, and coordinate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders. What You'll Do:

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams working on agentic AI applications. Oversee end‑to‑end architecture, technical design, and review of code and integrations. Ensure adherence to engineering standards across

Azure DevOps . Collaborate with the AI Foundry Manager, Business Analysts, and cross‑functional stakeholders on technical feasibility and solution design. Drive Agile development practices, sprint planning, delivery tracking, and quality assurance. Ensure alignment with best practices for AI/ML integration and enterprise‑grade application development. Manage complex technical challenges and guide the team toward scalable, maintainable solutions. Support continuous improvement by identifying architectural gaps and recommending enhancements. Maintain documentation for architectural decisions, coding standards, design patterns, and workflows. Work with compliance and security teams to ensure proper auditing and adherence to enterprise controls.

Expertise You'll Bring:

12+ years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in Python, .NET, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps. Experience leading development teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML and GenAI systems into enterprise applications. Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies including OpenAI API, Llama2, Mistral, Mixtral, and frameworks like LangChain, Haystack. Experience integrating enterprise systems, processing large datasets, and applying data engineering best practices. Good understanding of compliance requirements, security auditing, and enterprise governance. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and architectural decision‑making abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly. Ability to multitask while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Detail‑oriented, process-driven, with strong judgment and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset with a commitment to project success under time-sensitive constraints. Ability to develop contingency plans and propose meaningful improvements for continuous enhancement. Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and driving alignment across distributed teams.
