Job Title: Creative Ad Specialist (Motion Graphics, 2D/3D Animation, UGC & CGI Ads) Location: Hybrid – West Delhi Employment Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday off & Sunday off) About the Role We are looking for a highly creative Ad Specialist with strong expertise in motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, UGC-style ads, and CGI ad creation. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, storytelling, and a strong understanding of advertising trends to deliver engaging visual content for digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and produce high-impact ad creatives for digital campaigns across platforms. Design and animate motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and CGI-based ads. Develop and edit UGC-style ads tailored for social media engagement. Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to brainstorm campaign ideas. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising, animation, and visual storytelling. Ensure timely delivery of ad creatives that align with brand guidelines. Requirements 2–3 years of full-time experience in motion graphics, animation, or ad creative development. Strong proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Maya, Cinema4D, or similar software. Hands-on experience in 2D/3D animation, CGI ads, and UGC-style ad production. A strong portfolio showcasing creative ad campaigns and animations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Candidates from West Delhi will be preferred.
