Role Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Associate will support high-impact hiring by managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong execution, effective stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to broader HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining closures
Drive high-volume hiring while adhering to defined timelines and SLAs
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand role requirements, priorities, and workforce plans
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback and smooth scheduling
Support offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate hiring data, trackers, dashboards, and recruitment reports
Review and update job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business needs
Contribute to HR initiatives and projects such as process improvements, employer branding, diversity hiring, and reporting
Handle multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Qualification Required:
Bachelor's Degree Required
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience
in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in startups)
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Interest and willingness to
take on HR projects
beyond core recruitment responsibilities
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Availability for a 6-month contractual engagement - Immediate Joiners Preferred
