Executive who can manage client communication, coordinate projects internally, and support business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Handle client communication via calls, email, and WhatsApp Conduct online meetings and occasional on-site meetings Take detailed Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and share with internal team Project Coordination Coordinate between design, photography, and marketing teams Ensure project timelines are maintained Track deliverables and follow up internally Maintain client tracker and project status sheet Sales Support Support founders in sales meetings and presentations Prepare basic proposals and client documentation Follow up on proposals and business discussions Billing & Follow-up Coordinate invoice generation Follow up on pending payments Maintain payment tracking sheet Requirements 1–2 years experience in agency / marketing firm preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable handling client meetings independently Willing to travel occasionally to Mumbai for client meetings Proactive and responsible personality Job Type: Full-time
