Education Qualification: Graduate in fisheries followed by master in agricultural extension and management.

Minimum Experience Required: 5 years’ work experience in Institutional development and capacity building 10 years’ work experience especially in the field of aquaculture and social development. Proficient in writing and speaking in English and Familiarity and experience in India

Job Description: Survey of state and central government fishery policies and development plans, current government and donor schemes and update of contents Assist PMU in formulating and organizing training program and exposure visit for farmers and officers Assist to formulate action plan for organizational capacity development of DoF HQ, District and block level Monitoring of aquaculture extension activities and necessary technical guidance during project implementation Assist PMU in any other project related assignments
