Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a STEM Mentor. The STEM Mentor will be responsible for guiding students in developing their skills in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging learning materials, assisting students in developing innovative projects, and providing support to help them achieve their educational goals. The role involves mentoring through virtual sessions, monitoring individual progress, and fostering a curious and collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications Proficiency in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics concepts and their real-world applications Knowledge and inclination of experiential learning is a must Strong skills in instructional design, lesson planning, and mentoring Experience in fostering creativity, innovation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual teaching and mentoring Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles and abilities Prior experience in STEM education or mentoring is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or Education is preferred
