Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary
Head of Product
to own the complete product strategy and roadmap for our Client's AI CX platform. They will
lead product innovation across our AI QMS, Conversational AI, Accent Harmonization, and Workforce Intelligence.
This is a high-impact leadership role where they will shape the future of AI-powered contact center technology and directly drive revenue growth, customer retention, and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the
end-to-end product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
for the entire client's platform
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of
Product Managers, UX Designers, and Analysts
Work closely with
Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and CXO-level clients
to ensure strong product-market fit and measurable business outcomes
Translate customer feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and contactcenter metrics ( AHT, CSAT, QA compliance, agent attrition ) into prioritized features and enhancements
Drive
successful product launches, go-to-market execution, and post-launch iteration
Partner with the
AI Engineering team
to bring cutting-edge capabilities (voice AI, real-time analytics, generative AI) to
market faster than competitors
Own product P&L impact and deliver clear ROI stories for enterprise buyers
Skills and Experience
Strong experience building and scaling AI-powered SaaS products
(especially in Conversational AI, CCaaS, CX platforms, Quality Management, or Martech)
Deep domain knowledge of
contact center / BPO operations and metrics
Proven ability to
lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
at all levels
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with strong prioritization and roadmap management experience
Passion for
AI/ML technologies and their real-world application in enterprise software
Outstanding
communication and storytelling skills
i.e. you can present product vision to both technical and business audiences
Eligibility Criteria
12–15 years of total experience
in
Product Management
Minimum 5–7 years in a Product Leadership role
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or equivalent
Experience in
enterprise SaaS
(ideally serving BPO, BFSI, healthcare, or telecom sectors) is highly preferred
