About the Role We are looking for an

Associate – Investor Coverage & Deal Execution

to join our early team. This is an ownership-oriented role with direct exposure to live fundraising and M&A mandates. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging investors, driving targeted investor outreach, and supporting transaction momentum across active mandates. You will work directly with founders and investors, contributing meaningfully from investor identification and outreach through advanced discussions and term sheet stages. This is a performance-oriented role designed for professionals who value accelerated deal exposure and participation in transaction outcomes over a traditional high-fixed corporate structure. You will gain visibility across both investor engagement and transaction execution, providing a holistic foundation for careers in capital advisory and deal-making environments.

Key Responsibilities Investor Coverage

Identify and map relevant investors across VCs, private equity firms, family offices, and strategic investors ·

Build and expand investor relationships aligned with active mandates ·

Drive targeted investor outreach and initiate high-quality conversations Deal Execution

·

Track investor engagement and maintain momentum across fundraising and M&A processes ·

Coordinate closely with founders and internal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle ·

Support progression from introductions through advanced discussions and term sheet stages Positioning & Communication

·

Support development of investor narratives and positioning strategies ·

Help translate complex deeptech and growth-stage opportunities into compelling investment cases Ecosystem Development

·

Contribute to building Achievate’s proprietary investor network and advisory capability over time ·

Support development of internal workflows and knowledge systems as the platform scales

Preferred Background ·

3–5 years of experience in startups, venture ecosystem roles, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, accelerators, or founder-facing strategy roles ·

Strong communication skills and ability to engage credibly with founders and investors ·

Structured thinking and strong ownership mindset ·

Ability to operate with autonomy within a partner-led advisory platform ·

High agency, curiosity, and willingness to work hands-on across the transaction lifecycle ·

Comfortable operating in a high-ownership, outcome-driven environment ·

Compensation & Growth Achievate operates on a

Founding Base + Performance Upside

model. The role includes a

modest fixed annual base salary at the current stage ,

providing foundational stability , complemented by participation in success fees linked to closed mandates. Earnings growth is designed to scale alongside increasing ownership, responsibility, and transaction outcomes rather than high fixed compensation early on. This structure is intended for professionals seeking early-team exposure, accelerated learning, and long-term participation in value creation within an advisory platform. This is an early-team role with clear progression toward increased responsibility and seniority as the firm scales and individual track records develop.
