Role Description:

G P Group is looking for a full-time Civil Engineer. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing construction projects on-site in Mumbai. The role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering design, civil engineering principles, and construction management. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.

Responsibilities & Skills Required:

Civil Engineering design and planning skills Knowledge of construction management principles Ability to work collaboratively with civil engineers Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to solve complex problems and work in a dynamic environment In-dept understanding of construction materials, pricing and industry Estimate the quantity and cost of materials Prepare contracts and documents Set budgets for payment inventory needs and materials Track changes in plans or constructions; updates budgets Negotiate with contractors and sub contractors Prepare payments for contractors and sub contractors Experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D, or similar design software is a plus 3 years experience of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction or related field.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering Or Equivalent
