Aircraft Cabin Maintenance Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced aviation professional to lead Cabin Maintenance operations within an MRO environment. The role is responsible for ensuring highest standards of aircraft cabin interior maintenance while maintaining strict compliance with DGCA regulations, AMM/OEM standards, and company quality requirements. The position reports to Chief Manager – Workshop Operations.

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage overall Cabin Maintenance department operations. • Ensure availability of tools, spares, facilities, maintenance data and qualified manpower. • Ensure all cabin maintenance and defect rectification comply with AMM/OEM and DGCA regulations. • Oversee CRS issuance after satisfactory completion of maintenance activities. • Monitor quality compliance and implement corrective actions. • Coordinate with MCC, Planning, Logistics, Inflight, Cabin Appearance and vendors. • Conduct fleet surveys to identify deficiencies and plan rectification actions. • Ensure only approved parts, tools and materials are used. • Drive team competency assessments, training and annual appraisals. • Ensure passenger complaints related to cabin are properly addressed.

Requirements • 15+ years hands-on Cabin Maintenance experience on transport category aircraft. • Minimum 10 years on Narrow Body (A320 Family) and/or 8 years on Wide Body (B777 / B787). • Valid DGCA (I) AME License with Type Rating / Company Authorization (Mandatory). • Strong knowledge of AMM, OEM documents and regulatory compliance. • Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination experience. • Strong understanding of quality management and defect control systems.
