Job Title – Senior Associate, HRMS & Analytics Department: Human Resources Location: Mohali (India)

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for collecting, cleaning, structuring, analyzing, and reporting of HR processes and data from various sources. Interpreting HR metrics and trends to enhance workforce management. Managing and safekeeping of employee records. Assists in the development, design and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends. Assists in both Compensation & Benefits and HCM Support activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.

Data Collection & Management: Collaborate with HR teams to gather relevant data from HCM, surveys, performance systems, and other sources. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality of data throughout the analysis lifecycle. Maintain and update master data tables, ensuring compliance with data governance standards. 2.

Data Modelling & Analysis

: Develop and maintain predictive and descriptive models (e.g., turnover analysis, workforce trends, headcount planning). Analyze workforce metrics to provide actionable insights to HR Business Partners, Operations leaders, and management. Prepare monthly and quarterly HR analytics packs with insights, commentary, and recommendations. 3.

Project Support: Support HR projects related to talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and diversity initiatives. Conduct pre- and post-project analysis to measure impact and ROI of HR programs. Prepare presentation decks summarizing project insights, recommendations, and outcomes. 4.

Strategic Support: Assist in the design and development of HR Dashboards and evaluation of HR programs and interventions using data-driven approaches. 5.

Continuous Improvement

: Stay updated on HR analytics trends and best practices to enhance data analysis capabilities. Propose new methodologies and tools for improving HR data analysis processes. 6.

Compensation & Benefits Support

: Performs C&B analyses and prepares presentation as needed. Prepares Employee C & B Proposals. Supports the Director of Rewards and Systems/Asst. Manager C & B on projects. (Ex. Air Ticket, Insurance, C & B Analysis, etc). 7.

HCM Support: Handle HCM queries, troubleshoot user issues, and coordinate with IT/ERP teams as required. Manage data cleanup, mapping, migration tasks during system upgrades or ERP transitions. Conduct periodic audits to ensure data consistency across platforms. 8.

Ad hoc Support

: Develop visually appealing HR presentations as per requests. Create communication visual materials for HR announcements, policy rollouts, and internal campaigns as requested. Design training guides, quick reference materials, and learning decks for HCM system updates, HR processes, and Dashboards. (Presentation or Videos) Support change management initiatives with the creation of step-by-step user manuals and FAQs.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

Qualification

: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience

: - Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role. HR System Administration and C & B, Payroll Support

Job Specific Skills

: - Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)

Generic Skills

: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Must be comfortable working in team environment or independently, possessing a sense of accountability and urgency in completing assignments. - Customer service driven and detailed oriented. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR System. - Familiarity with compensation structures, benefits programs, and relevant employment laws.

COMPETENCIES

Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR metrics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
