Role Overview
We are looking for a highly competent and experienced payroll professional with strong knowledge of
India and Middle East (GCC) payroll , capable of managing enterprise customers independently.
The candidate will act as the
Primary SPOC
for assigned accounts and will handle both
end-to-end customer support and full-cycle payroll implementation .
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Payroll Support
Act as the
Primary SPOC
for assigned enterprise customers
Handle
20–25 support tickets per day
while ensuring SLA adherence
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Manage end-to-end customer support including:
Query resolution
Functional guidance
User training
Documentation maintenance
Coordinate actively with clients and internal technical teams for critical issues
Perform and document
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
for recurring issues
Monitor and validate payroll outputs to ensure accuracy
Payroll Expertise (India & GCC)
Strong hands-on experience in:
India Payroll Processing & Compliance as well as GCC / Middle East Payroll
Leave policies & sick leave deduction logic
Gratuity / EOS calculations
GL mapping & bank file validation
YTD reporting and payroll reconciliation
Implementation Ownership
Independently drive
end-to-end payroll implementations
Conduct requirement gathering workshops
Perform system configuration
Manage UAT and parallel payroll
Handle client sign-offs
Support Go-Live and post Go-Live stabilization
Preferred
Experience handling enterprise clients
Exposure to integrations and payroll interfaces
Experience preparing functional documentation and SOPs
