Role Profile: Assistant Manager We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support our Reporting function, who will contribute to the business’s success by handling international accounts. The incumbent is expected to be a self- starter, who can work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.

Role description and responsibility overview. Review Year-End journals and bookkeeping activities for accuracy and completeness. Review and provide final sign-off on statutory accounts and Year-End packs. Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, Companies Act, and internal quality standards. Validate handovers to the Taxation team and ensure documentation is complete. Ensure checklists, schedules, and reconciliations are completed, documented, and backed up. Oversee audit support and compliance documentation for assigned clients. Own client relationships and lead client calls, ensuring timely resolution of queries. Maintain client satisfaction and manage escalations effectively. Lead learning and development initiatives for junior team members, including mentoring and training. Support resource planning and process improvements in coordination with the Manager. Sign off on Year-End accounts and ensure compliance is met.

IT System Requirements Xero, Sage, QuickBooks

Candidate profile MBA/Business graduate with 3 to 5 years’ experience in finance. CA/ACCA qualified More than 5 years of relevant experience Proficiency in English communication. Communicates clearly and concisely Focused on internal and external client needs Calm and focused under pressure Delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency Works with the utmost integrity, does the right thing Structured thinker, anticipating and solving problems Builds positive working relationships with energy.

Location / Hours • Noida. • Shift timings: 13:30 to 22:00 / 11:30 to 20:00 on a [ Weekly rotating basis].
