AI-enabled product suite . We need a leader with 10+ years of experience who is "tech-agnostic"—someone who can navigate complex legacy codebases just as easily as they can architect a cutting-edge AI agent. The Challenge You will manage a team of engineers tasked with keeping our core

.NET services

running smoothly while proactively identifying areas to refactor into

Golang

or enhance with

Generative AI . You are the architect of our transition from "traditional" to "AI-native." Key Responsibilities

Architectural Evolution:

Oversee the coexistence and integration of

.NET (Legacy)

and

Golang (Modern) services using

Docker

for standardized deployment. AI Strategy:

Proactively propose and build AI-enabled solutions (e.g., automated clinical documentation, predictive scheduling, or LLM-driven support) to move the company forward. Project Proactivity:

Don't just take tickets—identify technical debt and business opportunities. You are expected to pitch projects that improve efficiency and ROI. Polyglot Mentorship:

Lead a diverse team of engineers, helping .NET developers transition to Go and ensuring everyone is upskilled in AI toolsets. Operational Excellence:

Modernize our CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategy to ensure seamless delivery across all tech stacks. Technical Profile & Experience

Experience: 10+ years

in software engineering; 3+ years in people management. .NET Ecosystem:

Strong proficiency in C# / .NET frameworks to manage and optimize legacy systems. Golang:

Deep understanding of Go for building high-performance, concurrent microservices. DevOps:

Expert-level knowledge of

Docker

and container orchestration. AI Native:

Hands-on experience with AI APIs, vector databases, or embedding AI into existing software workflows. Adaptability:

A "Polyglot" approach—proven experience working across a wide variety of languages and frameworks. The Ideal Candidate will be a

"T-Shaped" leader, who should have broad knowledge across many technologies (Cloud, Databases, Frontend) and deep expertise in the .NET/Go/AI trifecta. Should have excellent communication skills—should be able to communicate between the CEO and the Software Engineers about the need of transition from .NET to Golang.
