The Role We are seeking an experienced Student Recruitment Specialist to support B2C student recruitment across Gujarat. This is a hands-on, field-focused role involving direct engagement with students and parents through school/college visits, events, counseling sessions, and follow-ups. This is not a people-management role success is driven by personal outreach and conversions.

Key Responsibilities Conduct school/college visits, seminars, and parent sessions Counsel students on study options in Canada, UK, Australia, NZ, and the USA Manage student follow-ups and document coordination Work closely with the Recruitment Manager and HQ teams Represent Xcellerate Global ethically and professionally
