About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Associate Site Merchandiser (ASM)

to support business growth through data-driven insights and strong program execution. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of data analysis, strong Excel capabilities, and prior program management experience. Experience working at Amazon will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps Create and maintain reports and dashboards using advanced Excel Support program planning, execution, and tracking of key initiatives Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of programs Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations Drive operational efficiency through structured processes and reporting

Key Qualifications:

Basic to strong knowledge of

data analysis Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(pivot tables, lookups, formulas, reporting) Experience in

program management or project coordination Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualification:

Prior experience working at

Amazon Exposure to e-commerce or online marketplace operations
