The Role Job Title: Bookkeeping & Reporting Analyst

Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand (On-site)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

CTC: We pay for quality, compensation no bar

What You Will Do Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and financial reporting for US and Canada clients Apply

US GAAP standards

independently and accurately Work with

AI tools and automation platforms

to deliver smarter, faster results Build SOPs and contribute to ongoing process improvements Switch across client projects with precision and confidence

What We Are Looking For ✅ Strong fundamentals in accounting and financial statements ✅ Working knowledge of

QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage ✅ CA Inter/Final, CMA, or equivalent qualification (preferred) ✅ A research mindset and openness to learning new tools ✅ Composure and consistency when the work gets demanding
