Designation: GUITAR TEACHER

Responsibilities: ● Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online. ● Ensure that students enjoy the course! ● Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. ● Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. ● Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions. ● Conduct group and private lessons as required. ● Provide a fun and creative environment.

Qualifications / Experience required: ● Formal education in Music (Guitar). ● Strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music. ● Strong subject knowledge. ● Experience in teaching Guitar. ● Relevant teaching experience (1+ years) ● Experience in the usage of technology in education would be a plus!

Skills Required: ● Good English Communication Skills. ● Must have experience in online teaching. ● Must have a properly functioning Laptop/Desktop. ● Must have access to strong internet services and reliable power backup sources. ● Comfortable in teaching children. ● Should be available for teaching 6 days a week. ● Engages students in learning. ● Passion for making learning fun! ● Should be comfortable with Music sheet/Sight reading. ● Must be proficient with Music Theory.

Other Information: ● Looking for professionals ready to dedicate at least 4 hours/6 hours/8 hours a day. ● Option from the comfort of your home!

Salary structure is as follows;

Salary Standard for 3 AM - 7 AM

1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200/- per session + Rs. 100 /- per demo 26-60 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo 81 & above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo

You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee:

Month 1: 6000 INR Month 2: 12000 INR Month 3 and onwards: 18000 INR
