Role & Responsibilities End-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing → screening → closure) Source candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri & referrals Initial candidate communication & basic technical screening Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Meet hiring targets within timelines

Who Can Apply? ✅ Freshers OR candidates with 1–3 years of recruitment experience ✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills ✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Naukri, ATS (preferred) ✅ Self-motivated, energetic & eager to learn ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
