Lean Manufacturing and TPM principles

to drive continuous improvement. Advise clients on industry best practices and technological advancements in manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives. Support change management efforts and capability building within client organizations. Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership teams. Key Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in the

manufacturing domain

(industry or consulting). Strong expertise in

Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Digital Transformation

strategies. Proven ability to develop and implement

strategic roadmaps

for process improvement. Hands-on experience with manufacturing technologies and data-driven decision-making. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
