We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

3DEXPERIENCE Solution Architect

to lead the technical and functional aspects of our 3DEXPERIENCE platform implementations. The ideal candidate will design, customize, and integrate solutions, working closely with clients to drive successful deployments.

Exp- 8 to 12 years Work Mode - Work from Office Office Location-

Hinjewadi Phase- 1, Pune

Key Responsibilities

Lead modules in large projects and ensure timely value delivery while managing end-to-end delivery for small to mid-size projects. Plan tasks, efforts, and schedules accurately for assigned modules or projects to meet deadlines. Manage and mentor a team of developers and testers, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering team growth. Analyze functional specifications to define technical requirements for setting up, customizing, and integrating the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Oversee user interface development and ensure all application requirements, including security, integration, and performance, are met. Review and maintain high standards for quality assurance and operational efficiency in all deliverables. Contribute to the development of innovative tools, templates, and scalable processes to enhance project outcomes. Support and promote a healthy, collaborative, and growth-focused work culture within the team.

Expected Skills

Proficient in requirement analysis, solution design, fit-gap analysis, and effort estimation for PLM solutions. Expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE platform implementation, including data migration, CAD integration, upgrades, and enterprise system integration. Strong knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE modules like

CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, and SIMULIA. Skilled in configuring, customizing, and optimizing the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for industry-specific needs (e.g., automotive, aerospace). Adept at conducting workshops, delivering demos, managing scope control, and documenting technical specifications. Proficient in project planning, task allocation, and ensuring code quality and adherence to development best practices. Strong governance and reporting skills, including creating processes, templates, and structured meeting management. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C++, and EKL for platform customizations. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a result-oriented mindset. Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE public cloud tools and enterprise best practices is a plus.
